Who we share your data with.
- Microsoft — the booking link uses Microsoft Bookings, part of Microsoft 365. When you book a meeting, your booking details are processed by Microsoft as well as by us.
- Our hosting provider — hosts the website and may process server logs required to operate and secure the site.
- Our email provider — hosts the hello@unicorn-consultants.co.uk mailbox.
- Professional advisers and regulators — where required for legal, accounting, tax, or compliance purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
International transfers.
Some third-party providers, including Microsoft, may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers have in place, such as appropriate contractual clauses or recognised transfer frameworks.
How long we keep your data.
- Email enquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain reasonable business records.
- Booking data is kept in line with Microsoft Bookings settings and our business record requirements.
- Contractual and engagement records may be kept for up to seven years to meet UK tax and accounting obligations.

Under UK GDPR, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, transfer, or object to our use of your personal data. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
